At Gleason Steam, we have some of the most knowledgeable steam personnel on the continent on our team.  With more than 30 years of steam system experience, our founder, Gary Gleason, is a system specialist with extensive knowledge of steam systems. During his career, Gary has personally been involved in hundreds of steam and condensate system audits, steam system designs, projects, and training sessions.  He founded, built, and sold an earlier company that was based on a strict focus on steam and condensate systems. Gary has made a career of helping steam users  increase their energy efficiency, reduce their consumption and emissions, and improve their bottom lines. Prior to Gleason Steam LLC, Gary served as Senior Field Engineer and Training Manager for an international energy consulting group specializing in offering state-of-the-art steam system training, project management, engineering, and engineering services worldwide. In addition, Gary has achieved Steam System Level III and Steam Trap Examiner certifications. He is a senior member of ASME, a senior member of the Association of Energy Engineers (AEE), a Fluid Controls Institute board member, a member of the International District Energy Association, and is recognized by AEE as a Certified Energy Manager (CEM).
